Personal Styling
Depending on your comfort level and your preference, you can pick and choose how much of my involvement and help you would like! Use a little of my help to look your best for an event or more help to do a complete style rework from head to toe! The decision is yours.
I will start by meeting with you free of charge for 30 minutes to give us a chance to get acquainted and to give you an opportunity to ask me any questions you might have. If you decide to work with me, here is an overview of what you can expect from our partnership.
Personal Styling: 5 steps to style success
STEP 1
I will consult with you to get to know your personality and life style better. We will talk about the changes you are looking for and issues you might have with your current style or body shape etc...
STEP 2
After I have reviewed and analyzed your profile, I will advise you on styles that fit your lifestyle and your body while keeping in mind your own personality and taste. I will draw my inspiration from you and together we will define your own style.
I will advise you on what clothes to wear to bring out the best of your features and make you feel confident. Depending on your style challenges I might give you a cheat sheet on items to look for and style advice. For example, when buying jeans, pay attention to the back pockets. Low sitting pockets have a slimming effect, whereas higher pockets add curves to your behind. The back yoke also plays and important role, the lower the point of the v, the slimmer the look and vice versa. …just little tricks to know.
We can discuss how to create flattering outfits that will make you look your best as well as discussing what not to wear!
At this point we can part ways and you can go shopping alone or you
might want to use my services for closet evaluation or shopping.
STEP 3
If you choose to go through with a closet evaluation. I will schedule a visit to your house for a few hours. A closet evaluation is a great service for people who struggle to decide if they need a brand new wardrobe or if they could mix and match some of their own clothes with new pieces.
During this “closet meeting” I will assess with you the clothing items that you own and what looks good on you. Together we will decide what to get rid of and what you need to buy. If you wish, I can also help you re-organize your closet to maximize its
efficiency and potential.
STEP 4
Once we both have a clear understanding of your new style and are aware of the pieces you need to complete your wardrobe, we will work on your budget and go shopping!
I will recommend places to shop at for particular items and will make sure that I select stores which are within your budget.
In these shopping sessions I will be your expert shopping partner! When we shop together, I give you an expert unbiased opinion on what to look for and what looks good on you. I will advise you on what items to pick and try on. Be prepared to try on items you would not have necessarily picked for yourself ! You can expect honest feedback throughout the entire process.
STEP 5
The last step of the process is likely to take place at your home again to enable access to your personal wardrobe. We will review the purchase, create outfits mixing old and new. I will give you easy tips to remember how to assemble and accessorize (take pictures of the new outfits for you to keep as a reminder).
Along the way I will teach you the basis of good styling and a few “tricks” you can easily learn so you’ll never need me again ! It will be fun, effective and a learning experience you can keep for life!

Meeting with me is an investment which in the long run, will save you money as you will make better wardrobe selections and will avoid wasting money on clothes you never wear.
I will be happy to extend my advice and expertise to discuss hairstyle, hair color and make up which will enhance your best features. We can also discuss nutrition and exercise plan as I also partner with a hair stylist, make-up artist, nutritionist and personal trainer.
